About the Lodge
Our Lodge was founded in 1874, and meets at Freemasons Hall, 25 Goldsmith Street, Nottingham NG1 5LB, on the second Wednesday of the month, from October through to April, with meetings starting at 6.00pm. There are also rehearsals that take place, on the Saturday daytime, prior to our regular meeting.
After each meeting, we have a meal, which is a chance to enjoy each other's company in a more informal setting. The meals are always a great chance to catch up with other members, and get to know new ones.
We have a diverse membership covering a wide age range, from different backgrounds, and walks of life, both working, and retired; but we all enjoy a journey of learning and self-discovery, striving to become better men through helping those less fortunate than ourselves. Across our members, we have a wide range of interests and hobbies, so we are sure that you will soon enjoy the fellowship that we have to offer.
We also have social activities and events throughout the year, to which partners, family and friends are always very welcome.
So, why join Harlequin & Robin Hood Lodge? We are a friendly group of men, who meet together with four guiding principles: Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Charity At our Lodge we always strive to be better men, through knowledge, friendships, integrity and charitable giving. We do this in a way that will support you, as a new member, to achieve these things, and so much more! If you are interested, we’d love to meet you, please email: secretary1493@outlook.com

Lodge History
The Lodge has over 150 years of history. Formerly two separate Lodges (Harlequin Lodge No. 8004, and Robin Hood Lodge No. 1493), they amalgamated in January 2025.
Ideal Candidate
Harlequin & Robin Hood Lodge is always seeking new members to join our friendly and supportive Lodge of Freemasons, who are dedicated to becoming better men, and helping those in the society that we are a part of. This is done by charitable activity and fundraising to groups and organisations helping those less fortunate than ourselves, or who are experiencing challenges in their lives.
We welcome people of all ages, from any background, religion, or walk of life, whether they are working or retired. Our Lodge has members from a wide age range, with a varied number of interests, which we feel sure will be appealing to anyone who is looking to enjoy fellowship, gain knowledge, and be able to thrive in a supportive fraternity of like-minded individuals. Any new member joining us will be mentored and supported throughout their Masonic journey, to enable them to get the very best experience of what Masonry has to offer. As a new member you would need to be available on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from October to April, in the evening, when we have our regular meetings, followed by a very enjoyable, and sociable evening dinner, where you will get to talk to other members in a more informal setting.
If you are interested, we’d love to meet you, please email: secretary1493@outlook.com
