You are invited , along with your loved ones, to meet the Provincial Grand Master, Right Worshipful Brother Julian Patrick Townsend, and his wife Diane, on Sunday 16th August 2026, at The Acacia Centre, Acacia Avenue, Annesley Woodhouse, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham, NG17 9BH.
The Byron Club is hosting the event, and this is a perfect opportunity for any Nottinghamshire Freemason who has yet to attain an Acting or Past Provincial rank to meet Julian and Diane in an informal and relaxed environment.
Whether you have been initiated into your Lodge recently, or have been a Freemason for several years, you represent the future of Freemasonry in Nottinghamshire, and your experiences and views are important in helping to positively shape that future.
As well as the Provincial Grand Master, there will be other members of the Executive Team on hand to give an insight to their roles within the Province, as well as the opportunity to meet and mingle with members from other Lodges.
Byron Club members will also be available to answer any questions you might have about the organisation, and share our enthusiasm as we look forward to our next Masonic season.
The event starts at 1:00pm, and is expected to conclude by 4:00pm
Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be available throughout the afternoon.
