A Night of Fellowship and Giving: Vernon Lodge Dinner Dance raises £1000 at a Fantastic Festival Fundraiser

Members, guests, and friends gathered on Saturday 8th November 2025 for an evening that proved to be a warm, lively, and thoroughly enjoyable fundraiser hosted by Vernon Lodge No 1802.

The event brought together excellent food, great company, and entertaining performances, all contributing to a memorable night in support of the 2029 Festival.

An evening full of enjoyment for all attending the Vernon Lodge Dinner Dance at Worksop Masonic Hall.

Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of those who attended, the Lodge successfully raised £1000 for the Festival Fund. This achievement reflects the ongoing commitment of the Brethren and supporters who continue to give their time, energy, and goodwill to the cause.

Alongside the evening's dining and entertainment, guests also took part in raffles and an auction, helping to boost the total raised. The atmosphere throughout was warm and welcoming, offering an ideal setting for fellowship and conversation.

The event also served as a valuable opportunity for potential candidates to meet members informally and gain a sense of the fraternity's values, traditions, and community spirit.
