Stories from the Royal Arch

southwell chapter soj

Companion John Doyle, a Nottinghamshire Sojourner, visited Southwell Chapter on Tuesday 1st Nov 2016, to present a paper entitled 'Stories from the Royal Arch' written by Companion J.R.T. Kavanagh from the Province of East Lancashire.

The paper raises questions and proposes answers in such diverse areas as: How and where do we meet? The Ark of the covenant; The Sacred Acacia and Why do we refer to each other as companions and not Brothers?

The paper was well received by all present with Kostas Soldatos (acting Z) expressing the appreciation of the companions present. There followed a most enjoyable Festive Board at which both the food and the companionship were excellent.
