Nottinghamshire Sojourner makes his first solo visit

Companion Grayham Allenby visited Radcliffe Chapter on Monday 7th November 2016 and received a very warm welcome from the 25 members of the Chapter who were present. He presented a very interesting paper entitled ‘Stories from the Royal Arch’, compiled by Companion J.R.T. Cavanagh from the Province of East Lancashire.

This paper is a compilation of short stories of both Biblical and Symbolical interest to the Royal Arch mason; and although based on biblical research, some are humorous and some a little ‘tongue in cheek’.

The MEZ thanked Companion Grayham on behalf of the Companions, who responded with a rousing round of applause. After the meeting closed Grayham was approached by a number of the members who said they found the talk enlightening and thought provoking. The Festive Board which followed was lively, and some very interesting discussions about the stories took place.
