Knights Invade the Old Market Square

knights of nottingham

Medieval knights in armour and on horseback are set to invade the Old Market Square, Nottingham, on the 17th June 2017. The internationally famous Nottingham based Knights will set up their encampment in Old Market Square where they will demonstrate their craft, allowing visitors to travel back in time to the 12th century and relive the life and times of old England. Historically freemasonry has links back to the Knights Templar and the Crusades, so it is highly appropriate that this local based organisation should appear at the event celebrating 300 years of Grand Lodge.
