Human Fruit Machine comes to Town

The Masonic Charitable Foundation’s, ‘Human Fruit Machine’ will be bringing excitement and fun to Old Market Square on 17th June, along with their special teddies and lots of other goodies besides. Sited adjacent to the ‘Teddy Bear Picnic’ area the charity will inform as well as entertain the crowds.

Funded entirely through the generosity of Freemasons and their families, the Masonic Charitable Foundation is one of the largest grant-making charities in the country. It helps to build better lives not only for Freemasons and their families but also the wider community.

Millions of pounds each year is given to local and national charities that help vulnerable people, advance medical research and provide opportunities for young people. They also help to fund vital services such as hospices and air ambulances and regularly contribute to worldwide appeals for disaster relief. In total, MCF support helps to improve the lives of thousands of people every year in England and Wales, and internationally.
